ON A GOOD NOTE:
Just found out TWO DAYS AGO that before my landlord passed away last November, he told his wife who his favorite tenants were! She told me that I was his #1. Now she wants to sell me a nice house on land-contract!
! I guess it pays to pay ur rent and take care of the upkeep of the home!

and of course it is fathers day weekend!
I raised my 2 sons by myself since my youngest was 4 mos old
with out them I wouldnt be a father
