Unfortunately FuJi passed away several years ago. While in the Marine Corps I was married for a time. After a time of marriage we mutually decided to take on the responsibility of a dog. We subsequently became separated and then divorced. I was in an Elite Unit and was constantly traveling for training or operations and could not properly care for him. i have never been a big eater, but i have had to work on that or i will pass the fuck out. i really focus on protein, i will usually run, haul ass to get ready and then go to work and eat a chicken breast, green beans and black beans. on my days off of work i have really worked on eating more, it really does make all the difference. one thing about smoothies and power bars that fucks me off is the fact that i hate chocolate, or anything sweet for that matter. i am a freak, i know

then did a series of arm exercises starting out with 1lb weights/10 reps, 5 different poses
