Hooray for piercing addictions! My lovely boyfriend suggested I get my nose pierced, he thought it'd be hot. I have been jonesing for a new hole (heehee, I know, sounds dirty, don't it?) So I went for it. Have I mentioned that I am an amature piercer? A few months ago my roommate at the time wanted his industrial done again. His mommy had made him take it out when he moved in with her. Being my roommate allowed him to regain his piercings. Anyway, we went to blue boutique and it turned out they didn't have a barbell on hand long enough to repierce where he'd had it done before so he agreed to have a shorter one done higher on his ear. Got my vertical labret done the same day. Well, two days later he decided he wanted his original industrial repierced right then and he told me I was the gal to do it. Having just watched it happen two days prior I agreed. Went over to a local shop called incredible toy that sells gauges, jewelry, piercing kits and pipes, picked up a longer barbell and a needle and poked him. The piercer guy from blue boutique had his earlobes piered three times and all of them gauged. This gave roommate the idea that he needed to do the same. I ended up piercing him a second set of earlobe holes as well. This started my piercing streak. Pierced the lovely boyfriends indutrial and second set of earlobes as well. Pierced the neighbor girl upstair's nose. Did my best friend's lip. Even the lady that works at the gas station next door wanted a piercing. Did her belly button. Did research online to make sure I was doing them right and to get tips and pointers. When it came to doing my own nose I chickend out. I had the needle poised, touching my nostril and couldn't do it. So I hollered at upstairs neighbor girl and had her do it. All she had to do was poke it through. She managed to stab me a little bit right at the base of my nostril because she pushed it through too fast, but all in all it turned out great. I will post a picture soon.
