I dropped my journalism class today. It was best that I wait until next semester when temperatures will not be flared up as they are today. they wouldn't print my opinion on article on Gay Marriage unless I removed most of the religious swipes and did not refer to Bush as "The Reverend Bush."

Fuck that. I wrote it a specific way and it should be read a specific way. If I were to change anything that I had written, I would compromise myself and my article for the sake of a non-offensive publication. It was not offensive and I only poke where poking is needed.

Today was just a huge farce and I'd rather forget about it. I already sent my professor an e-mail explaining myself and my position. I just let her that it's best that I not work with the paper this year.

I hate fucking school.
