I did something terrible yesterday. I went to starbucks. . .I've only been to one twice before, and not in years and years. I'm not completely against big companies, though mostly I am. But Starbucks just irks me. Maybe its their stupid cup sizes, or maybe their horrific business practices. But when you get down to it, their coffee is a hell of a lot better than what you get at a convenience store, or a gas station. And since I am never anywhere near another coffee shop during work, its either Starbucks, or nasty convenience store coffee. I know it, I'm weak. But the 7-11 I go to every morning, thats by work. . .They just hired this new guy. And it seems that his only job is to take the ass ends of 8 pots of coffee and pour them into one pot. And I always wind up pouring from that pot. It is some terrible, probably god-driven force that makes me pick that one, from all the other pots that look just like it. And it always tastes like Juan Valdez's donkey's asshole. And I can't take it anymore. I CAN'T. I love my coffee. I miss the days when I got off work early enough to go to my coffee shop. I used to always go there after work, get me some joe, and sit outside and drink it while reading and chain smoking. So much better than just going home. When I go straight home from work, I am still in a nasty mood from being at work all day and I wind up being cranky to my mom, who then gets pissed, and it starts all sorts of fights. I get really cranky when I am tired and over worked. Like a fucking eight year old.
