Bizarrre conversation with my brother about x mas gifting and what to make for us:
MY Brother: What color is your kitchen stuff? Me: Black..
Him: your plates? Me: black..
Him: how about your table? Me: well the wood is very dark, I'd say black.
Him: how about your silverware? Me: well wrought iron.. you know black with polished silver at the end. kinda Nightmare before xmas.
Him: can you see your dishes on the table? Me: oh yes we have leopard print place mats...
OK I agree when I say it out loud it does sound a bit strange.. but I do love my black kitchen stuff.. not necessarily death rock, maybe just easy to match. and I didn't even mention the skull mugs and skull pitcher.

BTW- a lot of my kitchen stuff is black as well. It always matches everything!
