So I went out last night and had a great time. but I have been fighting a respatory crap since being in Las Vegas. I always get this after being around cigarette smoke. Living in Cali has been great for my lungs. anyway I spent most of last night hanging out with friends in the smoking areas and could feel it bothering my lungs a bit then. well today I'm feeling miserable again.

i hate the fact that i am losing years off of my life for sheer virtue of the environment that i work in. its actually kind of depressing if you think about it.
