What a crazy friggin wednsday let me tell you. The day started good as the promoter guy had the studio guy call me to get the ball rolling on booking the new pro studio. We talked, confirmed dates, and tomorrow i call him back to set up a studio visit. nice. We owe Jimmy (the promoter) a BIG thank you.
And on the flip side, I spent the evening recording some super crappy demo recordings of the songs we are going to record in the studio. The night was dulled by the fact that one member of the band continues to have ego problems and it's really boiling to a head. quick. I think he may be gone witin 24 hours.
boy am I glad I've been wearing this seatbelt becasue it's time to really tighten it up. 4 weeks before studio time and 1 memebr may be gone. Luckily there is always a backup plan. I just dont want to have to use it.
You gotta do what you gotta do for the music. I just hate it when that makes you feel sucky.
