Okay, so I don't know exactly how I jacked my shoulder up but about 2 months ago my right shoulder all of a sudden had very little range of motion and just about every movement hurt like hell! Felt kinda like I tore something but as far as I know I didn't do anything to injure it. Anyhow, I've been do'n a lot of physical therapy exercises and FINALLY I was able to work out without pain!!! 
I know, boring topic, but you have no idea how happy I am about this! LOL I was able to press 245 lbs last night without pain! I wanted to try more but I was working out with my roommate and she didn't feel like standing around while I tested my limits, which is exactly what I'm do'n tomorrow!!! 
So so happy!

Ive been having major joint issues as well, with no knowledge of what I may have done to cause it.
