Okay, so I don't know exactly how I jacked my shoulder up but about 2 months ago my right shoulder all of a sudden had very little range of motion and just about every movement hurt like hell! Felt kinda like I tore something but as far as I know I didn't do anything to injure it. Anyhow, I've been do'n a lot of physical therapy exercises and FINALLY I was able to work out without pain!!! I know, boring topic, but you have no idea how happy I am about this! LOL I was able to press 245 lbs last night without pain! I wanted to try more but I was working out with my roommate and she didn't feel like standing around while I tested my limits, which is exactly what I'm do'n tomorrow!!! So so happy! Ha Ha Ha Sorry for the boring post!

Ive been having major joint issues as well, with no knowledge of what I may have done to cause it. Shit happens though right?!
