well, as it turns out the land that I wanted, well it is in a flood plain, it goes under 10 feet of water. That really isnt going to work for me now is it.
The good news is, I found 6 really really nice acres with a house on it. It is a damn nice place, needs some updating but over all it looks like it will work awsome.
P.S. some one want to loan me 4 million dollars for this > my happy place
Edited to add: Today is the 6 year aniversary of my best friend dieing in a car accident on her way to school. I have been thinking about it too much lately, I want to let go but I cant.
