Being where I work in the military I am privy to a lot of information. The sad thing is most of that information just reenforces my idea how how my leadership mistreats everyone in my section. Here is a small example.

My time of duty is 10:30 am today so I have to show up at my section at 5:30 am to be accounted for then go to another formation right after that till 6:00 am to be accounted for again. Then I have to go to physical training for the next hour and change. Then I get to go back to my room at around 7:20 shower again, shave again and get dressed and ready for work. THen show up for work between 10:00 and 10:15. I will get off work by about 20:30 or so if we have enough people.

My friend across the hall has a duty time of 10:00 am. She has to be to work by 09:45. am. THats it. She will get off work by 1800 or so.

THat just one example. We are in the same company the same rule are supposed to apply to both of us, but my sections leaders are given leyway to do as they like and make the soldiers lifes unhappy just about as much as they want.

This was just kinda annoying before but now even on your days off you are supposed to show up for pt in the morning in my section. This is compounded with the fact it is like 0 degrees outside.
