Yeah, the games that are coming out today aren't too impressive. They usually are able to hold my attention for a day or two at the most, then I get bored with them and do something else. 
It didn't stop me from buying an X-box for Halo though, and now that I'm done it just sits there mocking me from afar. I'll kick it's ass when I get home though.
I was addicted to the original Civilization, but the later ones just never really appealed to me. Especially when they started going into outerspace and crap, I just shut the door on that whole franchise. Now I haven't been game shopping for 3 months and have no idea what's out there... even if I did I'm way too poor to afford one right now.

Back when I was younger, in my late teens, I would have nightmares every night. And when I say nightmares I mean shit that would make serial killers shit themselves, some seriously bad stuff, so much so that I would stay up until I passed out a lot of the time so that I was so exhausted that I wouldn't dream or at least not remember it if I did.
Now I can't usually dream because of the Sleep Apnea never letting me get enough good sleep.

... Yea... so I took Thursday and Friday off of work to hang out with my friends from college who were coming down. Only one of them showed up, and he went to some party before I would have had to work on Thursday and then left Friday morning for college. I seriously had no reason to take those days off. And now I'm bored. Although I did finish my new save file in Super Mario World and have been kicking ass in Mario Kart Double Dash, I'm still bored and unsatisfied with my accomplishments. I can relate entirely to that post.
I can realate to your whole journal too, I think most of us can. I feel the outcast all the time too, so don't think you're the only one.
The only place I've ever found people that I fit in with are the ones right here on SG, and it drives me nuts, that I can't see them in real life because they all live hundreds, and thousands of miles away.
