Due to it being late, I just woke up since I got home at 5 (it's now 11:15 pm) and I just can't seem to get any thoughts together right now (I have other work that needs my focus), I won't have time for a huge written update. Notice I said 'written' 
. I promise I'll return comments tomorrow, since I will have however much time I want. All day long.
This is the cuteness sitting ontop of my computer (and there's my cheap ass webcam!). Inside the desk. Because of the slant, and the narrowness, you can hear his claws scratching at plastic so he won't fall off either side. He catches them in the grooves which anchors him down. The dumbass tries to curl up and sleep, too. I fear to look at the damage..
Can you see how small that standing space is? Why are cats so stupid?
The mouse on the screen is newly discovered. Now he tries to chase it whenever I'm on here. His running space infront of the screen is about 3 inches wide, and below that if he happens to slip, is the keyboard. I'm not too happy when windows sends me errors, or does something else bad because of an entire feline body, or just a single paw, falling on the keys. Doesn't make me happy.
I lose work.
I think he's starting to miss his 'mommy' and playmate. He's lucky I'm home by 11:15 in the am everyday to shower him with kisses of sweet love

. You're not supposed to get bigger than the boss! Ah, well, that's okay, because he's cute, and a little darling. Most of the time. Anyway, I just spent too much time doing that - why, hello procrastination! Like I said, I'll return comments tomorrow, and screw the other work that needs to get done - the cat and I were happily sleeping before my internal alarm woke us both up at 11 . Hopefully everyone has a good night and doesn't want to kill me after those kitty pictures.. 
. Which reminds me, tomorrow I get to take a picture of my undies for a thread because someone is getting anxious. Hah!

She doesn't even know if she'll ever be back, but I'm not counting on it. She's got the wanderlust like I do. Which is why I'm looking in to moving, the problem is my career keeps me tied to only a few cities. New York, LA, San Francisco, Toronto, Vancouver, and Chicago... and a few overseas but those jobs are really hard to get. Hopefully something will come up soon.

yes, 18 years is way too long to spend in one place. Ever since I moved away from home I've spent about a year on average in any one location. So get out as soon as possible, and check out hostels.com... cheap places to stay in every town, that is unless you can convince someone to let you crash on their couch.
