@moxy okay, so I have to relent and ask (my feeble brain thinks it's one of three things lol) but what is the filling on that glorious looking tart (it is a tart or??)? I'm guessing it's Papaya or mango and something else? I really want to make this, whatever it is :) Pastries are my relaxing "make food" item. Thank you for helping in advance with the answer :)
