I find journaling often helps, the act of writing it out can be cathartic. https://hbr.org/2021/07/writing-can-help-us-heal-from-trauma Sometimes it’s not immediately helpful but looking back can show how much you’ve progressed. When you realize what you’ve gone through the last 2-3 years, there’s a lot to make sense of. 🤗 🍀
