so here is a working pic of the owl painting. im severly disappointed in it and did something i NEVER DO. and i stopped working on it. i guess i just been so depressed lately inspiration only comes in small lil drops...

hm...i donno...i just am not feeling it i guess...i might just scratch this idea and do a tattoo style own. i am good at those. i don't know what my deal is lately. i just go and try and create these ideas and visions i have in my head but i go and sit down and they just don't come out like i see them. i never experienced this before. its bumming me out...

i think you should paint a skeleton owl on the other side, staring at the other one (so that you see the back of it). bringing in the whole "everything has to face their own death, even badass owls" concept. in any case, there should be something towards the bottom right from a compositional point of view. that's my opinion at least. but what you've done so far is good and worth pursuing further.
