So I've had some interviews this week, but it seems like taking them might not be the best idea. It'd be more like jumping all the way off the ladder than down a peg or two.
So now I play hardball, I let them know what I need in order to work for them and they all said they'd talk to there DM and see what could be done.
Lets hope my seven and a half years of skateshop employement can put me in a position to bargain.
