There is no reason a person my age should have the kind of back trouble I've been having lately. At 23 I found myself unable to get out of bed without serious effort twice this week. While this is not something that happens on a regular basis, it is a huge pain in the ass. So it's back to the doctor again this week followed by a weekend of pain pills and muscle relaxers.
