I took a class at CHG from rebecca to get back into glass. It is a great facility.
We don't have tig right now, but we did recently acquire a mig welder. We're currently working it into the curriculum.
Did I see that you live in HP? I lived there for a few years before moving to the South Loop.

canon elura is great... i have the model 20 and it rocks. I put it in my pocket and take it everywhere... if you didnt get it yet, make sure to check ebay. You can find some really good package deals and get extra lenses and what not.

ok. this is a from my totally wonderful buddhist friend who's parents did the raw foodist thing forever. his grandparents did it too after a bout with cancer.
okay...
regarding question 1... raw food... hm... well, my nutritionist is not a fan of it at all... and she is pretty holistic and cutting edge... says that esp. certain body types and people need something else... it is all
about listening to the body... you can't just go off the mind... when will this world ever learn to listen to themselves? my parents did do lots of raw stuff... and they have adjusted that quite a bit... then they did alkaline... which i found was doing crappy things to my body... and they looked emaciated when they were extreme about it... my own opinion about the raw food thing is it is a bit over extreme, and not particularly sane... and if one looks at the energy of things (cold and
damp with raw foods)... do we want to feel affected that way? truly, the only time in nature when raw foods are available is in harvest times and summer times... not in winter... i try to take my cues from nature... i know we live in heating and a/c... but we still venture outside... and my body only liked a diet somewhat in that vacinity when i was in dallas, texas... for some people whose bodies and diets have been out of balance, a raw foods diet may be good for some time... and that may be where they are drawn, but they should listen to it when their body requires something else... that is my perspective...
