So I kinda wanted to just lay out to you all what I've been working on lately... :)
One word: Emails.
It's insanity! Seriously getting at least 100 emails a night. I usually get through most of them, but it's hard answering emails and manually changing passwords and emails for each girl! *phew* just thinking about it makes me sweaty, hahaha. But honestly, lately, all the busy work has been good for me so it's becoming easier and I'm getting systems down.
Also, here are some of the problems I've identified:
some Hopefuls who had a free 1 year subscription, can't access their model accounts, if you're one of those girls, you will have to reapply :( No worries though! Shoot me an email and i'll make sure to accept you.
some applicants' emails were duplicated, and passwords were changed. if this is you, email me, i'll change your password and check to see if your email is duplicated or not :D
if you are a member and you used to be a hopeful and now you're perpetually stuck in your model application...email me explaining the problem. we can fix this!
I also started working on crediting non-staff photographer sets and a couple staffs a while ago, and have been doing it sporadically between emails , but now I have @ackley helping me out in the office and she's finishing that up for me! So hang tight, we're working hard to fix everything for you guys! <333
Also, to all my hopefuls, we're aware your sets are out of order, the developers are working on it! Please, please be patient with us, we're trying to tackle the biggest bugs (logging in). If you're having any other problems, pleeeaase email me! moon@suicidegirls.com :) Also make sure to describe your problem IN DETAIL! I can't help you if you just say "login.." XP
