That place--Gruene Hall-- was fucking great, as was the band. The video doesn't even begin to show how awesome it was. When we were there it was PACKED wall to wall, and EVERYONE was dancing. And they were ALL amazing. I really need to learn how to do that. Teach me!??!

e] My boyfriend of the past 4 years dumped me recently. Go here and listen to "For the Unloved". That about sums up my feelings at the moment.

I suppose I understand why he left. We had a pretty awful phone arguement tonight. I'm not going to say he was totally bad. But he certainly wasn't good either, and he treated me like shit for a good part of our relationship. And he refuses to see that he did, when it is so obvious to me and everyone around me. Worst of all, he refuses to see that this has any bearing on the reason we're broken up. It's so infuriating! If he had been willing to put forth effort or make any sacrifices for me, I don't think any of this would be an issue now! You have to give respect to get it. But....it's no one's fault really. For HIS OWN good though, I wish he would recognize things he needs to work on. Gah. He even said he knows he's making a mistake in leaving me, but he's gonna do it anyway. Okay. Ughghghhg. And yet I will miss him. More than probably anyone could understand. Some of my best memories are with him. And some of my not-so-best.
