Day 3: still no cigarettes. I've been inhaling a bunch of crap though. Junk food, that is. I'm thinking that maybe a few drags off a smoke won't kill me? But I refuse to give in.

whatever you do, dont give in to the "only this once, or just a lil" cuz its crap. you get hooked right back on it. im to the point of having pretty severe nightmares about smoking.. and i wake up feeling like shit cuz i *just had one* ♥
