You know I hate the smell of it, but they have this inhalation chamber at the gym ... (basically high humidity and vicks vapor rub.) and my sinuses were cleared up in 3 minutes. It stinks.. and you can even taste it, but a steaming hot bowl with vicks and put a towel over your head while you breath it in for 5 might help alot.

I need some serious sleep...
taking the week off to be with my dad thru his surgery and all was a choiice id never take back ever, but it has created a lot of work for in the the back end.
Ill make it thru tho, thats what I do!
