I'm not one to suggest sleep aids, but is there ZZZQuil where you are?
It's from the Nyquil, but it's a non-addictive sleep aid. My boyfriend takes it and it really helps with his insomnia.
But on the bright side, I'm glad that you're planning a nice trip.
Hopefully it will help you clear your head.
