Today has been a great day I went in to pick up the concert tix I won. The local newspaper was supposed to be there, but the photographer couldn't make it. They took a picture though, and will be sending it to the newspaper themselves. I won VIP seating to Country Concert. It is a show held annually at a local campground. I'm not big on country music, but I am definitely going. The package includes 2 4-Day passes to the show. A VIP parking pass, which means I am at the stage from the word go. I am 13 rows from the stage, meals are provided twice a day, and I have backstage passes to meet the stars.

Tonight was also WWE wrestling at a local venue. I was upset because they wouldn't let me take my digital camera in though. They looked at it, and said I couldn't take it in because it works as a video camera as well. My children and I still enjoyed the show though. I got to touch Batista and Chris Jericho, as well as have Christy Hemme look at me and blow a kiss. I also realized just how short most of them are. Most of the men are my height, or just a little taller. All of the women are shorter than me, and I'm not that tall.

It was definitely a good day for me.
