We had our meeting today, and things are going to hell quickly. We are losing 25 employees in our business unit between 3 shifts. The worst part of the situation is that this is supposed to be our busy season. We normally work 6-7 days a week from May to about October. Now we are facing 4 day work weeks, which means smaller paychecks. I'm gonna stick it out for a few more months just to see if it gets any better, but if it doesn't get better by September, I will be job searching. The press my boss put me on just about garauntees me 40 hours a week usually, but not this week. I'm off tomorrow, which will seem strange. It makes me wish I could attend an event tomorrow, but I'm locked into family time.
My best friends car broke down on him last week, and now he has to find a new one. It's gonna cost more to fix than the car is worth. That means my mother is loaning him her car until he finds one. It also means that I get to take my mother around where she wants to go for the time being. I'm free for Saturday night, but it means that I can't make it to Fusion tomorrow night

im definitely doing MSI...in fact i may also go see them in toledo on june 12th i think. they are one of my fav. live bands.
ill probly still do social D cause one of my fav. bands The Eyeliners are opening, but we'll see. its rough doing shows during the week when i know i hafta work the next day!
