I just got home from NJ after spending 10 days with my boyfriend. I feel weird to not be with him 24/7 since we pretty much were.
I don't get to see him for 17 days now as he's home until school starts for him on the 28th (starts on the 14th for me, he comes back on the 22nd).

I've been doing good. Tis the season to love or hate your retail job however. I dig the season in retail. Days go by fast, I got lots to do, people are generally in a good mood, and they spend money. That's def good for me, because I do make a slight commision bump off dvds which is the department I head.
I've amassed quite the collection of Green Tea as well I think I have something like 8 different kinds. I make it hot sometimes but I def prefer it cold.
Other than that, my sister and my bro-in-law are coming into town this saturday. So this week has been extra busy, washing dogs, giving them haircuts, cleaning the house more deeply than usual, that sort of thing. At least I got my shopping done.

for me, it was a combination of shyness, spending most of my time with my boyfriend, and just really hating the whole superficial process of getting to know somebody. i would love to have more wonderful, super-close friends in my life, but it's almost like i want a guarantee that the person i'm getting to know is neat and likes me and will stay my friend for longer than the semester we're in class together or whatever.
i know this was a bit random, but i saw your post in GO, and it just sounded so familiar.
