school is busy, but i FINALLY got groceries today. it's been raining and frigid here so i havent been able to bike to whole foods, but my roommate went today so i spent all but $.17 on food. yayyyy poblano peppers and crimini mushrooms and tofu! and pounds of pasta! and an orange creme 365 soda!
so it's driving me crazy. being single is cool, sure, but i know he's going to date someone else and i'm going to cry.

So proia and i called it quits this morning. We talked about being in an 'open' relationship for a while, and realized that it would drive me crazy.
I cant trust him, so i need him to give me a lot of attention. He doesnt have time. When he makes time, it's at the expense of his schoolwork, and life.
Break-up's hurt, we know this. But I believe everything happens for a reason. When my ex and I broke up I went through a bit of a breakdown. I started drinking a lot, but I've come through it a much stronger person. I realise now that when we were together I was an emotional and social wreck, I wouldn't go out with friends unless he came too, and was very possesive and jealous. It took a long time to get to where we are now but we're really good friends again now and that makes me happy. I think your situation is fairly similar in that I was very needy in the relationship also, and I think you should take a long time out to sort yourself out and enjoy being single.
It'll be hard but it'll be worth it in the end, when you can be happy with where you are and who you are.

it's so radical it's unbelievable. geology and archaeology double major is certainly a good idea. i recommend it.
i'm gonna be fairly without a computer for about a week. i'm visiting a friend in atlanta until i go back to school. i'll be back on (in nola!) around the 15th or 16th, when school starts. Have fun without me!
