it's always good to hear when people recognize their "weaknesses" and try to improve themselves. The worst is when someone doesn't think they have any and stays the same. I have to work on my negativity, and am trying to learn to *like* working out. Blah. Changing kind of sucks, much more difficult than sitting on the couch, watching TV.
