Once I heal up the new ink and piercings I can finally replace the 3rd lip piercing, then all shall be balanced at 7 tattoos and 7 piercings..... untill I get the next one. The convention was fun, I'm sure it would have been more fun if I'd been there with someone I knew, but I still managed. *note for next year... order greyhounds at the bar.... tends to cause free drinks* hehe. Everytime I ordered one, they'd grab the wrong juice... usually pineapple or orange, depending on how stoned the bartender looked, mix it, then realise and make me a new one, while offering me the messed up one too..... 2 for 1 drink.. yes please! (hotell bartender.. not a convention person!!)

And I agree about the debt thing.. tattoo conventions are not the place for people trying to save money... I dropped at or a little above a grand all told.. luckily it was tax return money.

Where did you end up working? Even though I only made it back there for a day, I'm going to assume it wasn't Gibson, hehe. If it's near I might randomly pop in, all while being to shy to actually say anything of course =P

A work colleague got the 2005 zx6r 636...I think...I can't keep the models straight! Anyway, it's very shiny, blue and pretty...

You could always come work with me at Gibson..... I'm not sure what all openings we have, and tis a factory thing, but.... the pay is pretty fucking not bad. The low paid positions start at 12 something.

I was at work tonight, in a conference room with the super, who knew, and stood up to leave and just dropped *thud* He left me to sleep there for 10 hours(on the clock ) He really is a great guy. I hope the insomnia stays away for a long time this time.

According to Sean and Missy, if you get the logo tattooed (must be large enough to be legible) send Sean pics from several angles ( to prove it isn't photoshopped) it shall be taken care of. There are several threads about it in the SG Army group and maybe the tattoo group. You can of course still get zotted but I don't see that being a problem.

As for the stripclub/bartending thing, even though I don't smoke, I've lived with/around smokers for so long I'm almost immune to it now. Yeah, I really miss my bouncing gig. The moron factor was suprisingly low there. Most of the customers were older men who came in and paid the girls to just sit down and talk to them. A couple of the girls thought it was creepy, but most knew they were just lonely. Megan used to tell me the guy who always talked to her just talked about his day, said she looked like his daughter. Kinda depressing huh?

I would ALMOST be brash enough to offer to be the photographer but... I have access to a nice digital SLR camera, but I lack the diffusers and umbrella flashes and such. Oh well, maybe someday.

BTW your ZX-6R, what kind/size is it? As much as I love bikes, most of mine have been older Hondas, and of course my toy, the "Water Buffalo"
