Do the Paleo plan man, I do it, it sucks but i'm starting to see my abs again! Drink about 80-120 oz of water a day, eat tons of veggies, tons of fruits (be careful of some fruits they are high in sugar) eat a ton of protein. Biking and running will not shock your body the way you want it too, try a crossfit gym, you'll hate it for the first week or 2 but after that you'll love it, trust me man. I love crossfit and don't ever want to go back to spending 2 hours in the gym and running miles, crossfit is fun and it gets results fast but your working your ass off. Read "The Paleo Diet" book and "The Whole 30" both will change how you look at food.

The reason I did that blog was because I know at some point my mood will drop again. I felt it would be good to write a "you're OK" blog to myself for when that happens (if you get what I mean).
Also totally get what you are saying in your blog. Some people are aresholes, I like many others have to battle with the stigma behind mental illness as well as being out of work. People want me to get a job but at the same time don't want a crazy working for them.
And you dont have to swap to get a card from me! I've got lotsa extra materials lying around. I know how busy things get.
