Yesterday, I was up at Scott's work using the paper cutter for my address update X-mas card insert. Suzanne made a collect call to Barry to tell him she was released and was sitting on a street corner in WPB. She wanted him to pick her up. They are not supposed to be in contact for 15 days or she will be re-arrested. He didn't want to leave her sitting on the street though with nowhere to go and no one to call.
Our plan was for me to drive up to WPB, drop Barry off at a restaurant and pick her up. Deliver her to the Red Roof Inn. Barry was going to schedule her a flight to Chicago for today. She said she was at the Burger King by the jail, and when I got there she was nowhere to be found. So, Barry and I drove up and down Congress and finally spotted her on a bus bench. I dropped Barry at BK and picked her up. She says, "Thank you for picking me up even though we hate each other." I called Scott for the directions to the Red Roof Inn and drove her there, stopping to buy her 3 packs of cigarettes. Along the way she was saying things like, "I'm really not a bad person." and "You don't know what he did to me." I didn't really say much. She used my phone to call Barry and he lied to her about being home. I though that was stupid. She was asking him to turn the TV down even though it was actually BK noises in the background. After I dropped her off, I drove back to BK to pick him up. He was on the phone with her and couldn't get in the car for 45 minutes. I was starving, so I ended up buy some cheesy tots and sat there waiting for him. When he was done I took him home.
I went home and ate spaghetti Scott made. Then we settled down to watch Alexander. A few minutes into it, Barry called and asked us to take him to pick up his car at work. He was going to take her a few of her belongings like her coat and shoes. So we did. He's an adult and has to make his own decisions and mistakes. She actually had the nerve to ask for "her" ring back, but that is safely in my possession.
After dropping Barry at his car, we came home and watched a portion of Alexander, then went to bed.
Today I did some X-mas cards, went to the clubhouse to sign up for DirectTV, and went to the gym. I'm not sure what happened with Suzanne today.
