I've got insomnia. Ugh......it goes in spurts and I was doing so well. I laid there until 3 and got up at 7:30. I almost fell asleep after supper curled up on the couch but I woke up after maybe 20 minutes tops. Oh I so don't need this right now. The count down is on for my performance. I have dance pieces knawing at me like hungry dogs and I'm too tired to work them through.

I took the skin off the tip of my nose! Ow! frown I was under my desk hooking up cables, turned and caught the very tip on the sharp edge of the hard drive cabinet. I feel like Rudolph only my red blinker hurts!

I'm so restless, uncomfortable, tired, sore.....maybe I should take something to knock me out....

I hate insomnia. Exercise is the only thing that really gets rid of it for me. If I haven't done any real exercise I can lay in bed for hours just wishing I were asleep. Writing helps too (at least for me.)

What sort of dancing do you do?
