Yesterday I was driving home, and when I got off the freeway, I saw a guy sitting on the offramp with a dog and a sign- it said, "WHY LIE- I NEED DOG FOOD, A BURGER AND A BEER". Just then, a soccer mom in a giant SUV had pulled over to give this man a bag of dog food. When traffic finally started moving again, I pulled past him and saw that he was yelling something at all of us. Too bad I was listening to Cheap Trick too loudly to hear him clearly. I remember thinking something quite witty about the state of the world today, and forgetting it just as quickly when I looked over at the next light and saw the beautiful blonde in the car next to me.
