I'd ask them about their best day at work. Everyone concentrates on the negative aspects of PP but very few write about the relatively happy ending days. I don't think anyone would want to work someplace that was 100% doom and gloom all the time so I want to believe that there are positive stories that should be shared also, stories that make dealing with the crazies and the judgement worth it.
