I've seen a lot in my short lifetime, and I'm not easily shocked. But every once in a while, someone tells me something that's weird or unfamiliar enough that I just can't form a cogent opinion no matter how I look at it, or how long I sleep on it.
Very strange.

It's important to remember that men of a certain age may not have visited Vietnam for purposes related to tourism, thus may not fully understand one's expressed desire to visit Hanoi.
