Anyone else here suffer from S.A.D (seasonal affect disorder)? It's 2:15pm here in England and it's already pretty dark outside.

I hate it so much! I try to keep positive by doing exercise, focusing on work, thinking each day we are closer to the spring, etc but honestly it's driving me insane already!

I need sun light to survive! I don't have a light box...
