I just wanted to do a blog about something I find to be rather amazing...

EPSOM SALTS!

I buy them off eBay by the 25kg bag and I bathe in them every week. I also use them for foot baths and they are just so incredible.

Because I do alot of ballet, pilates, general walking around and not forgetting the aches from modelling all day, a good soak in epsom salts in the bath does wonders.

They also expel toxins from the body <3

I use about 3 cups per bath.

Plus they make you feel extremley relaxed. Perfect if you have had a stressful day!

You can also use them around the home and in gardening and the likes.
