anyone else here suffer with seasonal affect disorder? It's so frustrating. Sometimes nothing at all works for me and today is one of those days. Despite living healthy, plenty of exercise etc I'm feeling so tired and annoyed without sun.

I feel your pain. Winter makes me want to hibernate and shut down till spring. Sucks a lot since I'm in party retail, its a busy time and absolutely no energy to keep up.
