misskate

so i finally have a moment to *really* update here. life's good. mumsie just came over for pizza from chicago phil's. it was supergood.

this past weekend (maylong) i went down to buffalo point with a few of my friends. it was great, really. so much drinking and debauchery. i'll likely post some pictures of it in a seperate folder in the pics section.

today i'm redying my hair back to bright pink. it's faded considerably. stupid manic panic. it took about a week for it to start getting back to blonde. and i dont like that idea at all. oh well.

the weekend before this one, i went down to minneapolis to see bright eyes/the faint/rilo kiley. it was great. i managed to get a 25 year old's ID to use to get into 21+ areas. I'm only 20, so i wasn't even apparently allowed out after 10pm. lamecore. but i had the ID so all was fine. while there, i saw hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, bought far too much crap, and saw some beautiful shows. connor oberst = teh sex.

so yeah. life's been fun, really. i have a book report to write for my creatve writing workshop tonight. it's going to be on 'everything is illuminated'. yeas.
