Couscous to me is a grain, but I'm not sure if I've ever cooked with it. I should have tried some from that stand though!
Do you cook it regularly? The pics you sent looked good! I've never seen it served sweet before.
I once bought some Israeli couscous from the deli at Whole Foods and the grains were bigger and even yummier (to me anyway).
