Well I took the day off of work today to spend with my sister. We got into it yesterday unfortunately, but everything is fine now. I asked her to spend more time with my mom before she leaves on Wednesday and she blew up... Anyway, don't want to get into the drama of it all since it's all done and over with.
We were in a car accident on Friday. Some guy made a left hand turn at a busy intersection and hit an oncoming van which then collided with us in our tahoe. We were at the stop light getting ready to make a right hand turn. Thank God we were all fine especially since my twins were in the car. There's some damage to the truck, but luckily the guy had insurance.
I have tons of reading to do, which I guess I'll be doing in short intervals during today...
I've been feeling pretty grumpy the last few days. Not exactly sure why. We had a really nice Christmas. I got my ring of course and a few gifts from others. My parents built a fence for us for the front and back yard. I didn't have anything for my husband. He's so hard to get for. I try to get him something, and he says no, not that , I don't want that and so on. The truth is, he buys himself anything and everything he wants so it doesn't give me a chance to get him anything. So I'm going to get the windows tinted on his truck and get him new tires that fit the rims from his old truck. Well, when I get my financial aid in a few weeks. My kids had a great Christmas. They enjoyed opening the presents, but they would open one, then just want to play with that one.
We went out on Thursday night and had a pretty good time. Well, my sister and I did. My husband hates the bar scene and was miserable.
We're not exactly sure what we're going to do on Friday for New Year's Eve. We'll see what happens.
I can't believe the death toll for the Tsunami's in Asia is up to 40,000. My heart really goes out to everyone affected by this. My mom's dogs have been acting very strange lately and she thinks it could be because the earthquakes. One report said the earth was still vibrating and the quake actually effected the earth's rotation! Isn't that bazaar?
Well, I'm gonna get a few things done around the house before I go work out this morning. Not that it will do any good seeing as I've been eating like an oinker
