What was I thinking taking a Winter class???!!! 
My sis is here, and I have about a day to read Sigmond Freud's Civilization and Its Discontents. (So my journal will have to be short & I won't be able to comment to too many people). The course just started on Monday and my books only came in today. I'm not an intellectual by any standard, but I'm certainly not stupid. But I can't get past the first 3 pages of this piece! Well, if anyone has a summation of the piece, it would be greatly appreciated!
