So I decided I need to change my blogging up a bit. But at the moment I'm at a loss for things to bring up (tired, still recovering from the week), so anyone curious about anything? Or just wanna shoot the shit?
At the end of the day because we (as a department) got things down to a manageable level. I was proud of the work that was accomplished yesterday and everyone's efforts to do it. And now I'm angry again because productivity has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY. It just seems when I'm not there, shit moves at a crawl.

But it's getting better. We're getting pelted with orders daily at the moment and my employees and I are doing our best to keep up. The stress is starting to get to the newbs.
