If I had enough wealth where I could do anything for the rest of my life. I would do two very simple things.
The first would be to dedicate all my time to finish the training and get my Pitbull Joker his licence to be a therapy dog. I would love to take him to hospitals and help cheer up the sick. He is such a cuddle monster. He absolutely loves to be petted and cuddles on. I would love to share his love with others in need.
The second thing I would do which is where most of my time I have would go when not at hospitals would be a restaurant idea I have.
I live in a major metropolitan area that gets cold during the winter months, and if you dogs are anything like mine they live to run around and play with others all the time. So I figured why not an indoor dog playing area with a restaurant. that overlooks the play area. We would have a decent menu for the owners and at any given moment the can see there pet playing and just enjoying themselves.
For the sanity of the owners and the well being of the dogs the park would have 3 sections .. Small dogs, medium dogs, and large breed dogs. Each area would have a vet and dog walk/ trainer on staff to insure thee dogs are safe and playing well with others. Then for the anti-social set of dogs you can reserve time so they can run a muck by themselves with dog proof toys and toher entertainment.
Lastly we would have treats and a small sections of foods set up for the dogs in case its dinner time for the dogs so the owners can relax enjoy a meal or just run a muck with their pets in the long cold winter months.
I would love to be able to do this but this is if money is no object, and I could fine the space to open such a place. Man I really need to win the lotto. Every time I talk about this idea makes me wanna do it more and more.
