You know whats fucked up?

Going on a really good diet, and then discovering baked potato soup fresh from Vons. It has 420 calories and 33 grams of fat per serving!

And i shouldnt waste food by not eating it right?

that all depends on what a serving is. if you halve that, it's not too bad. i just woudln't make a habit out of it. have a baked sweet potato instead!

You should always eat whatever sounds good. Your body is telling you it wants something for a reason. But as SOON as you don't feel like eating anymore stop immidiately. Your body is telling you it does NOT want any more for a reason.

Also drink at least 32oz of bottled water before you eat (very important) and at least 8 times the weight of the food in water while you eat. You eat a hamburger that's something like half a pound total weight, drink 4lbs or 64oz of water (one gallon is roughly 8lbs).

That and never ever drink soda (not even sprite - no ice), especially when eating, is some of the best advice I can give anyone who wants to lose weight. That and of course keep drinking lots of water when you aren't eating

Even when your body burns the fat into energy it's not like it magicaly goes away. The same amount of matter is still there, it's just converted from one chemicl compound to another. After it's burned that mass has to go somewhere and the only way for it to get out of you is to breathe out the co2 (a rather large portion of it goes out this way) and pee the other stuff that can't go out your lungs. If you can imagine how much weight there would be if you were to dry out pee you can see that it's NOT much at ALL. You have to pee hundreds of times to expell one pound of solid stuff out of you.
