Jeeeeez! It has been WAY too long since I last blogged. Update from previous blog-I haven't sold anything else from my shop-I've kinda put it on hold since my last sale in order to make it a LOT better I'm working on some new designs and expanding my shop to include more than jewelry...I don't want to just do it as a means of extra money (which is always an upside!)-I want to just craft for the reason I've always loved crafting-it's FUN!!! Soooo I'm just going to do crafts here and there just for fun and list them as I make them. If I end up making a profit great-if not it's fun anyways
I've picked up knitting again. I taught myself about a year ago and only finished a little scarf-which I really didn't like very much after it was all done-and I lost interest for a bit. I've picked it back up though and have ordered a couple of new books to assist myself in the learning process-I'm excited
Everyone have a nice holiday? I got a laptop for christmas-YAY-finally a computer to call my own...my sister laughed at me when I got excited about having my own background-but isn't that the fun in calling things your own? Customization?! Anywho-I also got some cute nighty stuff and a Helly Kitty bathrobe that I wear around the house constantly I loved seeing everyone open their gifts from me-and watching my little brothers on christmas morning is always a treat. I'm not much of a partier-therefore I spent New Years Eve in my bedroom reading quietly by candle light waiting for my boyfried to get there. My sister had a party though-and everyone there had pretty much been drinking since 3PM and were totally wasted-I heard everyone go outside and someone said "light up the fireworks!!!"...ugghhhh here we go I thought...drunk people do NOT mix with fireworks. The first one they lit-they ended up tipping over after lighting it and it hit the house about 6 inches below my window-all I saw was color and then BOOOM! And the car alarms started going off. I didn't want to be the bitch to spoil the party so instead I texted my sister to tell her that better not happen again or I would be the bitch to spoil the party. It didn't so everything was well I call my bedroom the cave. I only come out for food or beverage.
Every year I revise my 43things.com list...here it is for this year-wish me luck!
