Found out today there may actually be a way for a regular Joe like me to get off this rock. It's coming next year. They're planning a lottery for a one way mission to Mars... and I can't stop thinking about it. How amazing would that be? Its probably the most excited I've felt in 20 years, just thinking of the possibilities (even if if there isn't a probability). Its like being a teenager and standing face to face with that girl you have adored from afar and now have the opportunity to profess your adoration.... but times 10!
