I'm stressed out and tired and broke. I feel like if I make it through to next week, everything is going to be ok, but I'm haunted by the realization that I felt exactly the same last week, and the week before, and I can't shake the feeling that I'll be repeating myself next Thursday. Exciting shit is happening next week though, I'm getting in a bunch of CDs. It's teh 6th one I've put out, but by far the biggest, it's got Anti-Flag and Strike Anywhere and shit like that on it, and I've got high hopes for it doing well, but I've always got high hopes and low returns though, so we'll just have to see.
I'm taking a leave of absence from my PhD program to get a job and make some money, which is stressing me out too, I'm only like a year form graduating, but I can't pay my bills anymore, and it sucks. Chicago is an expensive town, even when you live in the ghetto. It's not too bad though, the job thing, because the professor I work for at school is going to hire me as a lab tech, so I can keep on doing my research at a higher salary (I'm a nerdy molecular biologist), which is super-nice of him. Anyway, I gotta clean up my house, if anybody reads this wish me luck, 'cause I need it bad.
